Showcase: Analyzer
HealthEquity is a health-benefits company that manages health savings accounts (HSAs), flexible spending accounts (FSAs), and other types of reimbursement accounts.
Analyzer is a client-focused product built to leverage anonymous AI analysis of employee's spending behaviors, with the goal of making informed recommendations on how to boost employee self-care, engagement, and ultimately lower health costs. Today Analyzer stands as a proud member of the HealthEquity Assist family of products.
Role: Lead Designer
I was brought in during the starting phases of the project for ideation and sketching to help stakeholders make informed design decisions. This covered all sides of a system with exceptional breadth, which included in small part:
A reward system in which members could earn HSA cash rewards for engaging in healthier activities
Nudges and engagement prompts via email and push notification on mobile devices
Client dashboards for deep analysis into member health spending and behavior
Intelligent recommendations for clients to nudge and reward member self-care and health-promoting habits
Client interfaces for set up and management of reward systems
